Nemo subs are only at Disneyland, so that is the only place to get the cards. That is, if they still have them in stock. You may have to ask for them at the attraction.
The computers are still inside Innoventions, and I believe black ears are still offered to Born In Park characters. I have not made one there in some time, so I'm not sure if that is still accurate.
