A way to change your email or password?

Is thier anyway to change your email or password you use to log into vmk?

Im just curious..

I found this on another thread (answered by StitchMad):

Log in with your current Username and Password (this is what you log into VMK with right now)
Click on My Profile down the left hand side
Click edit, and edit the appropriate fields.

Is there a way to get your e-mail if you forgot it? I know my password but not the e-mail i used.

I believe if you are in contact us and mess up a lot they give a link to a Disney site there are two options
Forgot user or password say username and enter your current password.
I don't remember what happens after that
Sorry i don't have the whole instructions.
