The secret to win best quest is to put on your quest "thx for visiting -your quest title- plz vote this room for best quest" and staff will notice that you really want to win best quest. I did the same and won but mine took a long time because i was never entering vmk that much. But my friend made a quest i putted that and after 3 days he won best quest.
