HIGHLY highly doubtful. The current state of the airline industry is extremely poor and not looking good for the foreseeable future.

Many other companies have tried to launch thier own airlines recently and almost all of them have tanked. Running an airline is a completely different story from a cruise line, and the current Disney management is not so foolish as to give it a shot.

About the photo: yes it's a real plane, but it's not a "Disney" airline or even an airline proposal. You'll note the photo is cut off at the top where the tail section is, because this plane is owned by Japan Air Lines (JAL) and the paint job was just a publicity thing. It was only an advertisement for the Tokyo park.

Also, it would be rather difficult to have flights to "Anaheim Airport", for one glaringly obvious reason... :)

Well you never know with disney. Disneyland was supposed to be a flop. Disney world was "going to" bankrupt 'em.

P.S.PM me 5 Universal movies WITHOUT LOOKING ON THE INTERNET if you can from 20 or 30 years ago. now disney.

1) No one said that about Disney World. It was only said about Disneyland.

2) Iger is not Walt.

3) Theme parks, with the possible exception of Knott's Berry Farm, did not exist. Disney virtually created the industry. Whereas the airline industry already exists and is in dire straights.

4) Disneyland was innovative. Another airline, even with an attempt at a Disney theme, would not be.

5) It's not planned and the board will not approve it. And we shareholders certainly won't agree.

It's just not going to happen, and all the hoping in the world won't make it so.
