I tried to log on VMK but the login page keeps popping up like I entered the wrong information. My 2 other friends tried it, but it's not working for them either. I can't even get on Disney.go.com or whatever because the information is saying it's wrong. What should I do. If I explain it under contact us, it will take a year before they respond. lol. and they will just say to create another account. and im not willing to do that at all.

Somebody must have hacked into your account and changed your information...

Maybe you accidently put in your VMK name...

This has been happening to many people.

Their advice is to reboot your computer, to close out of the VMK login window and try again, and to use the mouse to press login instead of the enter button.

Also, just keep entering it over and over again and sooner or later it will work.

You will also want to try deleting your cookies....it may help too! Good luck!

I had this, but I rebooted, and it worked fine.

it happened to me alot today also. try robooting like others said.

As I said as well as everyone else, try rebooting your computer then wait 5 minutes this should solve your problem :)

You're not alone. I was like "what is going on here?" lol. It took me 8 tries and then I cleared temp files and cookies and got in after 2 more tries. Scary stuff for sure lol but they will need to fix whatever they broke now lol.

Yep me too. Seemed to work better using mouse to log in as well.

That happens to me, but this is what happens.

I open up the login screen.
Put in my imfomation, checking it.
Click log in with the mouse.
The page refreshes as if i have logged my infomation wrong.
I put in my infomation again.
Click log in with the mouse.
VMK starts loading normally.

That happens almost all the time.

It's happening to me too. I've tried clearing everything, rebooting, and holding down the ctrl key. Sometimes it appears that it is signing in but then I get the error message "There is a technical problem with the game and/or Disney registration. This just started happening with me yesterday on both computers.
