My question is, is there any possible way to get an account back? (Sorry if this is in the wrong section. PaperClip 10-15-2006, 06:53 PM You can do a System Restore, but I doubt that it will restore all the files. You can try it though. Start --> All Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> System Restore --> (Follow the directions on the screen). Alienboy 10-15-2006, 10:31 PM yeah always try system restore...BUT if u want to get down to the nicks and crannies of XP sometimes it leaves the my documents folder in the users folder... Go to ur C:(drive), the folder WINDOWS than Document Settings and go through all the account folders and look for the pictures(if u saved ur files in the my documents do this tho) also i would be best if ur account is an admin or go on the admin's account to look thru the folders...im not 100% on this but it has worked for me and never hurts to try PaperClip 10-16-2006, 09:20 PM Go to ur C:(drive), Lol. BUT YEAH! Windows XP is completely seperate from the fact that it's a Dell, HP, or whatever. Unless you're suggesting he send it in for repairs. :D |
