Disney has made an official announcment detailing the new attractions and entertainment for the Year of A Million Dreams. Below is the announcment for the Walt Disney World Resort and in some cases composite reports.

The Seas with Nemo & Friends

Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Tutorial

Appearing Characters: Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip

Details: "Merry Maker" Simon and Ball Organizer “Belinda” lead guests through a Royal Ball filled with fun and games. Guests participate in an “Under The Sea” Conga Line, Royal Freeze Tag, and Simon Says (lead of course by Simon). The ball comes to a finale when guests are invited to join in a Royal Waltz. During the waltz, Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip join-in and mingle with the guests.

Woody's Cowboy Camp

Official Description: Round up your posse for some rootin'-tootin', straight-shootin' good times with Woody, Jesse and Bullseye at Woody's Cowboy Camp. Sam the Singin' Cowboy leads a western hoedown that rings out across the prairie. Head on out to Frontierland for some singin', dancin' and general kickin' up your heels. Yee-haw!

High School Musical Pep Rally

Official Description: Catch Wildcat fever! Cheer the interactive fun as school spirit overtakes you when you join in this awesome pep rally. East High cheerleaders and basketball stars lead the fun as you learn cheers and cool dance moves. Jam to the hottest tracks from the wildly popular Disney Channel movie and then strut your stuff to the super-charged musical finalé.

Location: Tommorowland, between Carousel of Progress and Buzzlightyear Space Ranger Spin (will move to the former Skyway location in January 2007)

Details: The students of East High help guests get into the spirt through the high energy pep rally. The students perform songs from the hit musical High School Musical and teach guests the dance steps so they can join in on the fun. (Do Note: the "characters" here are general "East High students" they do not protray any specific characters from the High School Musical).

Main Street Family Fun Day Parade

Official Description: Parade your red, white and blue spirit down the heart of Main Street, U.S.A. as you join the celebration. For the very first time, Guests are invited to perform in a Parade alongside beloved Disney Characters! Things really kick into high gear when the fun arrives at Town Square. It's flag-waving, patriotic fun and you could be the star.

Kicks Off: September 25, 2006
Location: Main Street
Intial Showing Schedule: 12:35 pm , 1:15 pm & 1:55 pm Daily.
Appearing Characters: Pluto, Daisy Duck, Horace Horsecollar, Clarabelle Cow, Chip, and Dale

Details:The Main Street fire engine, followed by grouped guests, followed by the band; march their way from the hub down Main Street to the Town Square to patriotic tunes. Upon the conclusion of the parade guests are invited to join in sinning Yankee Doodle Dandy in the Town Square.

Disney Dreams Come True Parade

Official Description: Take in this dazzling and delightful parade as it winds its way between Town Square on Main Street, U.S.A. and Frontierland. Discover your favorite Disney Characters, feast your eyes on the amazing floats, move your feet to your favorite Disney music and set your imagination soaring!

Already a Current Entertainment Offering

Details: This parade is an updated version of the Share A Dream Come True Parade. The floats have been revised such that the characters are in some sort of themed structure rather than a snow globe. A new up-beat soundtrack has been imported from Tokyo Disney and some more characters have been added to the parade.
