Oh awesome! I'll be going to WDW soon and I'm planning on going on the tour.. so maybe I could find out what's happening with the pin. I hope they still give you the badge though.. because it looks so cool. ;D

Wow thats a really big picture lol. But Yes the VMK VIP Pin, is a In Park Reward as most of them are. However I did see this at the Trading Event Yesterday, so I am sure this wont be the last time we see this pin won.

VMK_Mocha said something happened to the badge so they changed it to a pin

that is awesome, that means all of us with the VIP badge got it and will keep it, and then there will be a new one to collect ;)

that is weird because i JUST took the tour this week and while i already have my vip badge my friend used her code to get the vip badge and it came up as a badge not a pin.........and this was at disneyland......

they probably did it so people could trade it because you cant trade badges.

So....

My question is this. If I already have the original VIP badge, and I just did the quests again, what will happen if I enter the new code? If it is the badge, will it not work because I already have it? Or will it give me a second badge? Or will it give me the new pin? I wish I knew, because I don't think I would use the code myself unless it gave me something different than last time; especially something tradeable.

I just went on the VIP tour on Tuesday and just got the old badge, not any pin.

I went on the tour today 8/28 and there was no such pin given out at WDW. Maybe disneyland?

Personally, I think i perfer the badge to the pin. The badge represents the same accomplishment as the pin and does not take up a space in the limited on-screen pin inventory area. Of course, having the pin means you have the pin and are one pin closer to having every pin.

Are you speaking from personal experience? You entered a second VIP code and got nothing?
Yes, I am speaking from personal expreiance. After 30 days, my character did not get anything extra. I thought it might get the pin this time <shrug>, but NO. And, I was not able to use the code on another account as it had just been wasted on mine.

That is so awesome I think I am going to go to WDW for Christmas!
(I well have to take the VIP Tour!)

I picked up a VIP Tour card from Disneyland today, and entered the code onto my main character. it said I was awarded the VIP Badge (which I already had).

It looks like I wasted the code. I will email the help section to see if I can get the pin, or at least so they can tell us what to do.

I would wait and find out what you would get I am going to wdw in november and i have a tour pass im taking the tour and asking them how to get the pin

yea i went on the tour in july and entered the code from on my tour card and it just gave me the badge im so sad :bawling: anyone know how to get the regular pin
