I cant get to the tomarrowland aracade since the yahoo toolbar was taken off my computer.

Why don't you just go to the Tomorrowland Hub and walk to the little "hub" thing at the end of the walkway? That will open the window for you. If it doesn't pop up, you may need to turn a popup blocker off for VMK.com.

Also, the URL for the arcade changes with every player so there's really no way you can access it without going to the Tomorrowland Hub.
