I'm confused too as I got booted and watched the numbers drop so I thought it was closed. Guess I was wrong.

I'm taking a wild guess and say that Top Hat Trivia Quest will open at 5:30 PM EST. because Fin's room is still up.

Sorry about the mix up here Fin had told me half past Four when I was there but I am being told by others that left her room after me that it will be another hour (5:30 est) before Lily's Quest
