So which one do you like more? XBOX 360 or PS3?

For me, I would definitely have to say XBOX 360. The games are great on the XBOX and the XBOX has Halo. Halo is an awesome game. Can't wait till Halo 3. :) XBOX 360 has many fun things like achievements to obtain with the games you have. Every game has achievements which is cool. There is the XBOX Live Marketplace which lets you download all the demos you want. Of course, except for Halo 3, which stinks. Demos let me know which games I do want. They help me choose the next game I will buy. Marketplace has really helped me a lot.

Well, I've always used a Sony console. I've never used a Nintendo home console (always used to go for the Sega consoles in the 90's) and I don't like the controller for the Xbox so it's PS3 for me. I'm not doubting Xbox 360, it's got loads of decent games for it, but as for Halo, it's good but very over-rated, although the online is pretty good fun. If I want to play a shoot 'em up offline though, I'll play Far cry or Half-life.
PS3 has a store on it where you can download game trailers, games and demos, which is a lot like Xbox Live but free (As in no monthly fees)


So, in short if you want decent games now, Get an Xbox 360.
If you want decent games in the future, get a PS3.

I would probably go for XBOX 360 :).

Having a ps3 and not owning a 360 makes me go towards my ps3! lol

I chose neither, I'm a Nintendo Fan Boy at Heart always have been and always will be. Mario has always been my favorite. I'm not into the Graphics that XBOX and Sony have, its really all bout interesting game play and pushing the line of technology for me. I have actually never played anything other than Nintendo. I have all the old Game boys (1st one, Pocket, Color, Advance SP) Have all the systems except for Virtual Boy, I have both versions of the DS and Got my Wii on the launch. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure the other two systems are great, to each is their own.

Oh no!!! This thread has hit many video game forums. Problem is it usually turns into a flame war since We have the Playstation fan boys and the Xbox fan boys. Soooo that's just a warning of what might come up @_@.

Me Xbox. Even though i love my ps2 the ps3 has got nothing i want for the up coming years the xbox has my GTA IV tho so i still with the XBOX 360 i plan to buy.

Add on the xbox is cheaper.

PS3 = Overly expensive, heard stories about them catching on fire

XBOX360 = It's okay, heard good and bad things about it

Personally, I'd choose neither.

But to help you out, go with the Xbox 360.
