I would rather keep the bird, but it is a fair trade i guess. In my opinion once the pin sets leave they'll go up in value quickly again.

The Bird Hat is in very high demand... but so is the Mansion. In my opinion, you are getting a horrible deal, because the suits aren't even full. I would keep the Bird.
