Yes The Gloom or any pokemon that is shiney will stay shiney when u evolve it

thank you for the tip because i have shiny starters now i can breed and get more then evolve then ill have a shiny army of all starters MUAHAHAHAHA lol
for the diamond and pearl styarters i had to start like 50 new games for 2 then like another 100 for the last one O_o\


Anyway congrats i haven't really seen any other shinies besides
Lugia(NINTENDO Event),Ho-oh(NINTENDO Event),Milotic,Gyrados
