I really think it's just random, i've gotten it once and i've ridden 2 times on alice and 1 time on pan.

It takes patience to get the magic. I got mine after riding each ride about 5 times. Good luck trying to get yours.

not true u do not have to ride both, i got on rode the pan ride and got the pin.
