Hello Everyone!
I found this cool site and thought that I might as well use it.
All I need are two things in the order form...

1. Color: Beige, blue, red, pink, green, yellow, liliac, green, or orange.
2. Name wanted on the top of the card.
3 (optional). Your choice of 6 pokemon.

Around that number I guess...I cant believe that i know all the pokemon names...(well that's because I've been a fan since 1995....XD)
