I don't think there is a 10 minute ban. That would just make the offenders take a very quick break before logging back in to break the Values again.

That could be true, I personally have never heard of three year bans.
I'm not so sure about a one year ban, though. Does it exist?

I think It's 2 hours, 24 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, then 10 years. My friend was banned for 2/3 months though o_o. Also I remember being banned for a month in May last year, then about 6 months later I got banned for a month for a silly reason, then about 2 or 3 months later I got banned for a week. So I think it all depends on how bad the person was even though I am not actually a bad player in VMK. .-.
