Hey,
My mouse is freezing up every few minutes and I have to keep reaching under the desk to unplug and re-plug it. Help? (:

You probably just need a new mouse.
The cord could be going bad.
That's the only thing I can think of xD

Try doing a Windows Update. Sometimes the drivers for your hardware, such as a mouse, needs to be updated to fix issues.
