I was playing pirates CTF and I "sat" on the flag. Now, the kid I was playing with is reporting me for doing so. He said it was "against the rules".

So here comes my question:
Is flag-sitting against the rules?

It's not against the rules, it's a little annoying, but it's all game play.

flag sitting is not against the rules but is not easy bc you can get killed easliey i move around the flag

Don't worry about it - do it all you want - it's a stragety tactic to winning.

It's not like you are completely preventing them from getting the flag - they can blow up your ship just as easy as if you weren't flag sitting.

Yes, I never understood why so many people were up in arms about the entire flag sitting thing. It's not like you cannot shoot the flag sitter... No, there is no rule against it.

It's not against the rules, and it's not even a good strategy. Not if your opponents are any good, at least.

Nope, no where does it say in the directions for Pirates, "DO NOT FLAG-SIT".
