The hat usually stays for w while, I will check to verify.

I'm thinking that since the Feather Mask Blue hat is listed only on Friday that it will only be for sale on Friday.

I don't see what the point of selling the mask one day for today (although it does seem like it).. it's not mardi gras yet

Seems like it says limited time only. Most likely it will stay today, tomorrow, and Sunday. Then disappear. Usually what happened in beta sort of old times.
