anyone know which nitendogs you get the fireman hat in it without finding it.

... I only play animal crossings.... that is the only game I have because I just got my nintendo ds lite :)

I bought when I first got my DS. I bought the Lab version. All I know is that I've gotten 2 fireman hats on it.
But I never play it anymore, so I don't know how many I'd have by now.

I only have one dog 'cause she wins lots of contests, so yeah, she's awesome and her name's Kelsey and she's a golden Retriever. She wins every contest. So I got money by the billions. It's awesome.

i have nintendogs and i'm a boy. It doesn't matter. I like it because i can have a dog thats my own. My dog just died.:(

just use the disc and keep throwing it until your dog finally catches alot

and then compete in the disc throwing contest is the name i believe? im not completly sure

and for agility just go on a walk and go to the gym and pratice there.. -.-

and about the bottom 1 i stink at it

Yes yes yes there is a cheat for the disc competetions that lets you stay on the same stage (Expert class, Master class, etc) all the time!

Before going to the disc comepetition, SAVE YOUR GAME. Then go to the disc competetion. When the timer reaches 1, and you know your not going to win, turn it off directly using the power button. When you get back on, your game will start from right before the disc competetion, letting you stay on the same stage.

Oh yeah one more thing, this cheat also doesn't use up any of your daily competetion plays, so you can play the disc competetion as much as you want in one day with this cheat. THE ONLY THING that will use up one of your daily plays is if you win the stage you were working on without using the cheat.

If I find any more, I'll keep you updated.


And uh, I've got 3 dogs, a Caliver King Charles Spaniel, Chuauwa
(however you spell those things), and a Dalmation.
The version I have is Chuauwa and friends, the way I got a dalmation is by visiting my friend who has a dalmation.

anyone have effective ways to train the dogs? I haven't really looked at the game, but my brother is about to cry (literally.. hes driving me crazy) because his dog won't listen to me. AH!

we just got our DS'es on Valentine's Day and the games last night.

a tip from me is that you have to just keep practicing and practicing.

has anybody on the forums ever got a: Mario Kart, Peach Kart, Bowser Kart, RC Helicopter, or Combat Helicopter??

if you have, those are probably the coolest items in the game. you can actually use the buttons and things to drive/fly them around!!!

i have the Peach Kart, Bowser Kart, and the RC Helicopter.

only certain games can get certain karts though.

Anyways, my brother is currently screaming "dumb-butt" over and over at the dog and screams at me to shut up when I tell him maybe he should say the command over and over instead of insults.

I can't train my dogs either >_< One of my dogs can do agility, and the other can frisbee catch, but none of my dogs can obey me :P

My brother finally screamed and got tired of it so I said "Can I try?" and he said "SURE! But you're NEVER gonna get it done cause it's STUPID!!!!!!!!!" Then I said "OK, You are giving me permission to play your game. I can play it, correct?" cause he will yell at me later :P

Haha, its really easy; he just never bothered to read any directions. My/his dog is really loyal and obedient. Although I did make a mistake because I said "Sit down" and "Lay down" and he gets them confused, so I have to pretend I'm talking to a three-year-old. "Laaaaaayyy....... Doooooowwwwwwwn."

My brother screamed at it for an hour and a half. I trained him for thirty minutes, then won first place in a competition. xD

But I went on a shopping spree, so we didn't have enough money to buy another dog. :( Haha.

And the dog, Rex, "seemed tired of learning" before I taught him shake, so he didn't know that in the competition, but he still won first place!! xD But I think it was partly because he knew roll over and he didn't have to.

I do have a question. Two actually.

1) How many dogs can you get maximum
and
2) Is it a limit of three competitions per day per dog or total?

I tried changing the day on the DS so we could train and enter more competitions but it did not work. :(

1. 8 dogs 3 at home 5 in the dog hotel
2. it is 3 competitions per dog..

hmm

you have to buy something it to get the cheats. It's called: Action Replay DS. I think there's more than one kind of it so you might not get the right one. >.< It works on all the Nintendogs games and some other DS games too. ( Tamagotchi: Corner Shop 1, Some Yu-Gi-Oh game i forgot, Animal Crossing, etc. ) But there's a fraction that it makes to restart your nintendogs game. So if you love your what you have right now, I suggest not going into the trouble of trying to get the cheat.

P.S. Now I'm trying to teach my puppy to do advanced tricks ( You can't use the cheats i use to teach them moves.. - sigh - ) So far it can dance, recover, backflip, and breakdance ( my favorite :D )

i got the dachsund 1.. so far i only do the aglity trails instead of all of them, bc thats the only thing im good at..
