That depends on how bored you are and how willing you are to eat.
I'm not implying your fat; I'm just saying that if that's one of your main hobbies, watch out.

I do eat too much, and I am overweight. It's not good to recommend eating when bored. There are much better things one could be doing, even aside from VMK and VMKF. Read a book. Go for a walk. Play a game. Watch TV. Visit with friends. Talk to your family.

No reason to get yourself an eating disorder over a little extra free time.

Surf the internet, play VMK, call my friend, play my DS, watch TV. These are the only things I'll do when I'm bored. That's it.

I either sleep ( for some wierd reason i always fall asleep at the computer ) or i play my Wii or 360.Oh and how can i forget eat.

When I'm bored, I.. go on VMKForums and VMK. Or I go to my friend's house, take a walk with my puppy, play with my puppy, listen to music, watch a movie, clean my room or do homework.

Do extra credit assignments.

Me too but whenever Im eating something unhealthy there just like "alubadubdub put that down!"

(well they don't actually say alubadubdub but you get the point :Tongue: )

What I do is type something up that has no meaning in your life, and it is something that you will never use. Then close the Word Processor/Browser and then do it again. :) Sure it gets irritating, but it keeps your mind on something else. :wave2:
