View Full Version : I need MAJOR Help with entering a Movie Rewards Code

Ok, I just got Fox and the Hound 2 and now I have my last code so I can get a VMK Theater Set.
But..
THE CODE DOESN'T WORK!
I mean, it says something like, "You have already redeem the maximum number of points for this code" or something like that.
WHAT'S GOING ON?

You must have already entered a code from that Movie you can only enter one from each movie you would have to have 4 different movies

I have checked the My Account section and it does not include Fox and the Hound 2 on the "Already used codes" list.

Also, I had 400 points before I entered the code, and when I came home and entered it I still had 400 points and it said the code was invalid, or that I've already used the code (which I haven't)

for me fox and hound 2 gave dredit for a different movie. One I had not bought thank goodness.
Probably you did buy that movie and thus fox and hound2 won't work.

Well, then have you done the survey? If you haven't click on the button that says something like, "Way to get more points" at the bottom of the page and do the survey for 100 points!

Did you put in a code for "Air Buddies"? Some of the codes got mixed up, and Air Buddies had Fox and the Hound 2 codes in them.
Sorry to hear you have to buy another movie.

I've had Pirates, Air Buddies and Cars.

I hate this..

Thats a shame. I hope there is a contact us or HELP you can use. You know the problem...so I hope it can get fixed.

If they don't give me a code They better give me my $21.34 back.

Why not us the "Contact Us" on the movie rewards page and ask? They may have more information than here.
