I've got it and it's driving me NUTS.
If I hit delete twice in an empty text box VMK kicks me all the way out and I have to log in again. It's happened four times today, in less than 2 hours
Usually, first the text box freezes, so whatever I have in it doesn't speak, then when it unfreezes, and I try to get rid of what I've said (which doesn't mean anything to anybody there anymore :) ), it's bye-bye VMK.
A frozen text box I can deal with, even though people think i'm being rude for not answering them :bnindifferent: A lot of the time, it goes away in a few rooms - it's mostly a pain when I'm trying to help someone, and it freezes up so I can't talk. I've left someone stranded in mid-quest twice now, and she's given up on me. Fortunatly, she found another guide, but she probably doesn't think I'm "nice" anymore :(
But the log-outs are enough to make me scream :banghead:
I thought it was mostly happening in busy rooms, so I've been visiting the instances with the fewest players, but today it's been any room, any time. I'm almost afraid to log back on, for fear of repeat offences.
Maybe I'll just stay in my private room and talk to myself, or else wear my afk hat all day.
Any ideas ?
