Maybe VMK has been planning to celebrate Mardi Gras, and therefore release those masks in order to be used in such celebration. That would rock so hard!

Not the true festivity (hehe, that wouldn't be appropiate), but a representation of what is done at New Orleans Square at WDW.

I think VMK could celebrate it, because I've been at Disneyland in New Orleans Square when they've celebrate Mardi Gras. They toss beads from the balconies and they sell even more beads and other feathered and bejeweled accessories at their stands.

Mardi Gras is in March, though? That would make this a super-long preview of hats to come?

That's stranger because the Narnia Ice throne isn't rare at all and it's like in the center of it all!

The person on the far right, looks like a hairstyle (mohawk).
And the one next to the far left, looks like a snorkling mask.

Mardi Gras 2007 is on February 20th.

I realized today that yes, VMK quite obviously would probably rock out a Mardi Gras Party-no virtual 'spirits' allowed rotfl.

Mardi Gras would be awesome in VMK, although Mardi Gras Day and that week I will be in WDW ;). I'd really love VMK to do that!

well, in the newsletter, for the new hotel pin quest yavn says "get your Mardi Gras on!" The team might have something planned if they are relating Mardi Gras to New Orleans.

Yeah, they do celebrate it. But it's not like the real Mardi Gras. Like others have said, It's a clean version of it. If you ever go ( to the NOS celebration, I mean ), watch out for falling beads! XD

mardi gras isnt that bad, at but im sure that if they had it in vmk it would never be anything innapropriate
