Yes, I believe that is true.

The queue is over 260 people long. Yay for VMK pass, but I think it would be nice if everyone keeps thier visits to a fair length. Even VMK_Lion said it would be nice if players made room for others to see. And I know some players have been in there quite a while.

Rumor is Yavn said the room would be for special events. Don't know what that means, but it was said while I was in the room and the player who said it is pretty reliable.

I am in Club 33 now and Yavn just left. He said that furniture in the room will not be for sale.

The room will be used for special host events and you will need a ticket to get in. He said the hosts would give out the tickets.

He also said that there is no gift shop for New Orleans Square.

The one time Gator Waiter got my order, it looked like he out a plate of ribs down! I didn't know what a Monte Cristo is, but after 'eating' that, I thought it was ribs! xD I wish Gator Waiter would listen to what I am saying. :l He keeps telling me how hard it is to order off this huge menu after I told him 'Mint Julep' or 'Monte Cristo'.

yeah i waited in a que for about a half hour trying to get in club33 when i got in there i was amazed it was so cool and fancy looking i ( hope we can buy those rooms in the future) but if we cant it was cool just to get in. if you havent already seen inside you really should and the picute that Nedakh has posted dont look like that anymore i went in it yesterday and they hade like ten tables inside not like three :)

I doubt it. There's no shortage of people waiting to join the membership list.

JasonDude, there server isn't big enough for that amount of people. People still crash, that shows its a little to small. We don't need any more 'dc' and 'crashing'.

Also, I LOVED THAT ROOM! It was so awesome! Me and a new friend were acting 'fancy', and boy was that cool!

I just talked to HOST_Sparky in his Club 33 room. I asked if it is a staff only room, knowing the answer but I wanted to see what he would say. He replied, saying, "This room is staff only and is used only in special events for now."
I didn't catch all that he said but roughly, that's it. I then asked if we, the guests, were to ever get this room. He replied, "At the moment, no."

And, as most of you probably know, the chairs and table are movable. There is a picture on page five, the chairs are differently moved then in other pics.

As far as having dinner, I have no tips. It's really just a matter of knowing the right person. If you have an abundance of money on you, and you have a lot of patience, then go ahead and start :) enjoy your meal in about 2 years... if you're lucky. No seriously, it can take that long.

Club 33 is a very elegant club set with the atmosphere of the 19th century New Orleans French Quarter. It was made because walt disney felt that he needed a place where he could entertain guests but in a fancier environment. In short, it's a really nice and formal restaurant located above the stores and other restaurants in NOS. And for those who want to know why it's called Club 33... no it's not because it's located at 33 royal street, it's because Walt Disney was a 33rd Freemason in his family. I guess it's a special honor or something so that is why they named it Club 33 :)

But you don't actually get to keep the Club 33 room if you win for Best Guest room - you just get to have a party in Club 33 with a Host and 33 of your best VMK buddies for an hour.

O.O...man. it must be a boring room. all it is is a sign saying bandwith exeeded.

The idea of winning a party for you, 33 friend, and a staff member (35 total, exceeding the room limit) sounds cool. However, it's actually being in the room that isn't. If staff manage to spice the party a bit with games for fun and possible surprise prizes, then it would be better. Otherwise, it's just going to be a room of sitting for a few minutes until everybody leaves, including the person who won the party.

Though it may seem kind of dull to start out with, yes, it may be so like that, but remember, you are aloud to choose one HOST_ to assist you in creating and planning your party with fun games, events, surprises, etc., to spice up the party. Use your imagination if you get the opportunity and it will be fabulous. If you decide to just have people come in and hang around, then it will be dull indeed :wave2:

The only ways to get there are through a VMK event or a party from someone winning best guest room :) I hope that helps!
