1) Can you still get them? Because on the website it says you need to purchase the package before 12/31/06
http://disneyland.disney.go.com/disneyland/en_US/reserve/detail?name=VmkWhyBuyOnlineDetailPage

2) By a "package" does it mean you have to purchase a stay at the hotel AND tickets? Or can you just purchase tickets?

Thanks :xmas35:

EDIT: Another question--Does the haunted mansion holiday quest only last until January 2nd? That's the quest that replaced the holiday quest at DLR.

Thanks!

1) The program has been extended.

2) You have to book a minimum of two nights in a hotel. You also have to buy tickets, unless you have an annual pass.

Today was the last day for the holiday quest ( both of them)

I have my reservatons allready for next October. I MADE SURE , and yes the Stitch set promotion is stilll valid, until 12-31-2007, for Disney owned Hotels.

I am not 100% sure of the Good Neighbor Hotels.

You can buy tickets, and upgrade to an annual pass, or seasonal pass, that is what we did, and we are doing it again next year.

Disney really planned this promotion out to make the most money as possible.
I could ( and Should ) be saving hundred of dollars , but to get the Stitch items, you HAVE to do it their way!

Yeah, I ended up spending a lot more to get the Stitch cards than I would have had I not booked with the Walt Disney Travel Company, but the Disney package does come with other benefits, as well, and my wife was very understanding.

(But honey, it's a Stitch hat! For my virtual character! Please?)

I just wish they would bring Stitch to WDW for the rest of us. I'm ready to look through our family tree to see if we have anyone that lives near DLR that I can start to bond with. Of course I can hear it now, "You know what that crazy relative that we have never met wants us to do?".

I know nothing about DLR,but they said it would end last year...

I priced out the package using a hotel I normally stay at and it was $800 for 3 nights for 2 people just to get stitch hat. I usually stay at Best Western Park Place and its only about $350 for 3 nights and I have annual pass so the tickets cost me nothing extra. If I had to buy tickets for 3 days it woudl probably add about $300 more to the trip. so in essence the stitch hat cost about $200. :-)

By the way I priced this out using March of this year as the dates and it said you get stitch cards with the good neighbor hotels

If you price a vacation that starts anywhere up to the end of April it shows the Stitch is still a feature of the package. As long as you start your vacation in April (it can end in May).

To start your vacation May 1st. Stitch is no longer showing as a feature. And this is for all resorts including Good Neighbor.

The Stitch cards are good until Dec 31, 2007.

Actually, you can book the trip online to get the Stitch cards with the Disneyland tickets included. Then you call up Disney travel with your reservation # and your Annual Passport #'s and they will remove the tickets (and the cost of the tickets) from your package.
