I doubt it. It's just a festive hat that is worn a lot on New Year's. I am not completely ruling it out, but it's possible and might even have Mickey ears. I am just hoping for a different color than that.

It's a Red Party hat with confetti on it. The Picture is cut so it make it look like a Top hat

I saw that and I figured that would be it. You never know. Just glad they said a new hat so it wouldnt be that red white and blue one again.
