OMG i think i just got hacked i cant log on VMK the password isnt working! OMG I'm like literally crying any of my friends on my list please tell me if im online!!!! :( :( :( :( OMG i'm so sad right now!!

Reboot, and dont use the enter button to log in, use the mouse.

Phew false alarm thanks so much super! It was a bug or something! I was literally having a heart attack if that would have happened i would have quit VMK! Thank's a ton pls close thread! :)

Passwords and Membernames aren't case-senstive on the VMK site.

Eviie I hope you haven't been hacked, it could just be a temporary problem/bug. I would try what ASuperStitch said.

this happened to me also! i was so sad! but it is working now and im happy :)

Happened to me five times. Always been able to type my password perfect - even with my eyes closed - and It didn't worl. I tried again and got on. Woot :)

This happened and i started flipping out. Then i just entered the pass again and it was fine. :)

It's apparently working fine now; I just logged on with no problem.

Course I was using VMKPal too.

It wouldn't work for me either at first. I started to panic. I kept re-trying alot and it finally worked. :|

Yeah im also having troubles, sometimes it lets you save the password there and i have it saved, i clicked my username and it went back to the log in and i freak out, it still keeps blocking me out every once in a while. (nobody uses my computer so i know that it is not hacked)

The most ideal thing to do would be to reboot your computer as everyone said, then give maybe 5 minutes to load.

There is apparently something wrong with the game, (if it's happening to almost everyone). Don't worry you should be on in a matter of minutes :)

The game is running slow, so I believe, so the sign in screen isn't catching everything typed onto it.

Here's my post from a while back when this problem first started back at the end of October-

As of today, numerous people have been having problems logging into VMK. They are typing in their right username, and right password, but it's not accepting it. Here's a walk through of how to get back in the game-

1- Go to https://register.go.com/disney/Guest...rAccount/login
2- Log in with your VMK account.
3- There are 4 bars near the top of the yellow box now. Click the yellow modify one.
4- Go to the bottom where it says "To change your password, click here". Click this.
5- There are 3 boxes - Password, new password, retype your password. Take your current VMK password and put it in all 3 boxes. Click submit.
6- Go back to www.vmk.com and try logging in with your VMK account ID. It should now work properly.

If this isn't working for anyone, please say something.

for u ppl who r using vmkpal i wouldnt put your password on there because all ur info is sitting out there to be hacked easier u can leave username i just recomend (sp?) u take off password

This is happening to me, I can't log in from VMK, VMK Pal, I can't even log into disney...
