I haven't been on VMK since early october (as far as I can remember... probably even earlier), and I've been noticing that VMK is spewing out disgusting amounts of lag. I'm not quite sure if it's just me or not, because Gaia (another game I play) is spewing out loads of slowdown too, but... only when me and my brother are on at the same time. I'm the only one on the internet now, and I'm freezing up every other minute.

Is this happening to everyone or just me?

EDIT: Blarg. It's been months, and the same is happening. It now loads just as fast as it used to, but it seems that it'll freeze up exactly once every three rooms (Which is incredibly inconvenient, considering that I am throwing away hundreds of credits just trying to get through the peter pan ride, and all the minigames seem to freeze instantly, cutting off my main source of income >.<) Am I (or my computer) still mentally insane, or is this happening to everyone?

I can't speak for everyone but i can say that i'm not getting lag. Yesterday yes it took 2 hours for VMK to load on me and once i was on got dc not the best day :] Anywho i can speak for myself and i haven't gotten lag. So it must be you or everyone but me :P

Well, then it wasn't just me yesterday, then.

The only bad thing about the holiday season is that there's too much traffic on the roads and on the net.

Usually my internet has no problem handling VMK... but I havn't been on in months

I found (if you use IE) That IE 7 works the best and has less lag.

I use IE 7 and I've been lagging ALOT lately

Not for long amounts of time, but it does get annoying

I used to have major lag problems - got really bad during the last ride competition. What solved it? A new cable modem. Evidently when they get a little older, they tend to slow things down a bit.

Could be a lot of things, though, but wanted to throw that out there...

Lag has been... ok, I guess. Recently however, it's been starting to lag a bit more. I'm guessing it's because of the new stuff VMK has been adding.

Yes, I've been getting a lot of lag through the game. Some times it takes three minutes just to get back from all the lag for me.

Just about every time I trade I have to refresh my browser afterward. I have too many pins and clothing items!

I also often get kicked out of Pirates on stage 3 because of loading lag, and not only do I not get to keep the credits I've earned so far that game, but I lose my 21-credit investment, too, and I let down my teammates who don't have my help for the final round!

Lag stinks!

Firefox + VMK = No Lag!

Whenever i play pirates, there is like a lag every three seconds.
The lagging causes me to "die" faster, so i don't really play pirates very much. -.-
I have also not been on since like June, so that may be the problem. The thing is, pirates is the only thing lagging for me.

usually get lag, but only in pirates.. but almost veryone get lag in pirate, so i don't always lose :)

I'm not getting lag either, unless I press the 'page back' button which is convieniently placed right next to the arrow keys...
