Who knows when the POTC online game beta coming out?
I'm surprised that not too many people know about this great game. According to what I read, quote Yavn himself "On January 8, 2007, Paul Yanover of Disney Online showed video footage of the upcoming game during Disney CEO Robert Iger's keynote speech at the Consumer Electronics Show. He also announced that "we’re going to let you play this massively multiplayer online game for free for as long as you want." the game will debut during the second quarter of 2007. I'm excited to play this because it's a online multi-player game from Disney that's aimed at adults. Then I will feel like the adult that I am instead of a little kid when I play VMK. They say it's free but I do wonder how long? From what I read you download the software from Disney's website to your PC and log in using your Disney Online username and password. Well, for a while now I have guessed that the public release will be End of May/sometime June because the end of May is when POTC3 hits theaters. Just like POTC2, I feel that games and what not will be coming out at the same time to yet again make a super advertisement/promotion attempt. Since that is when i think the public release of the game will be, i think the beta release will be sometime April or June. If you notice, every month i said (April, May, and June) make up the second quarter of the year.
