Hi. I'm new here and this is my first post. I don't know if I posted this thread in the correct spot.
Since it is the holidays and I have time, I have been playing VMK a lot. I've encountered several problems while playing which I don't know if anyone else experienced.
First of all, I was playing Adventure through Innerspace quest and I got the task with the Music Game. I played music, but it didn't say I completed the task. I tried several times, but still didn't work. I tried a different room, still didn't work. My two minute time limit was up and I had to start again from the portrait task.
Second of all, now, I tried reporting this problem with the VMK Call for Help in the game. It took me literally five minutes to send out the message because it didn't recognize the words like "I" or "Innerspace." And when I deleted all the "I"s and put a space in between "inner" and "space." It still didn't recognize the words, but no words flashed red like it was supposed to. I was so fed up.
Third of all, while I was reporting, I forgot my task was still going and my time limit for the portrait task was up and I was pushed back to the Shrunken Ned task. And after that task was the "jungle cruise" 30,000 point task which took me such a long time to complete in the first place. I feel that I should not have to go through all the tasks again, but I should be able to start from the music game task because it wasn't my problem in the first place to begin with.

I'm having several problems with VMK. First of all, I was playing Advenutre through Innerspace quest and when I got to the Music Game Part of the quest, I played a song, but it never said I completed the task. I tried several times, but still didn't work. I tried several different rooms, but still it would not work. My two minute limit came up and I had to restart from the moving portrait task in the Haunted Mansion. I don't know what happened to it. When I was sending the message, I got transferred back to the 30,000 point Jungle Cruise task and I feel that I should not have to complete all these tasks because it was not my problem. This problem took a lot of my limited time.
Secondly, I tried reporting this problem through the VMK Call for Help and it took me literally 5 mins to send the message because it said I was using words like 'I' and 'Innerspace' that it couldn't recognize. What do you mean I can't use 'I' or 'Innerspace'. These are all words that appear IN THE GAME. In addition, I was reporting to a staff member, it wasn't like I was talking inappropriately to another member. Something must be done about the messaging system because it is very ineffective. Thank you for taking the time to hear my concerns.
