In case you don't already know, for the release of TNBC 3D, they decided to come out with a new soundtrack, which included the original songs sung by the original cast, and also a bonus CD that has songs covered by P!ATD, Marilyn Manson, Fallout Boy, Fiona Apple, She Wants Revenge, and more.
I got my copy the other day, and I would have to say (of course) I like the original songs a lot better than the covers. I didn't like the covers *that* much, but I did enjoy Fiona Apple singing Sally's Song and Fallout Boy singing What's This?.
They also had Danny Elfman's demos for I think four of the songs on the bonus CD. I also liked those, but especially him singing This is Halloween, because it made it sound like Jack was singing along with the rest of Halloweentown ^.^
