Ever since last night, the Contact Us option on the vmk site wont work for me. Every time i click it, it goes through this saving adobe file and stuff, not helping at all in the end. I need help, i really want to deliver gifts!

Odd... What does adobe have to do with Contact Us. Unless you Maromedia player is what's messed up. Then you might have to go to Adobe.com or something and try to download the shockwave player again. I don't know.

go HERE (http://www.adobe.com/) and click "Get Adobe Shockwave Player" near the bottom of the page.

Delete your old version first! Then download both the shockwave player and flash player.
I had a lot of problems with vmk until I downloaded the upgraded versions. Good luck!
