Ok I was doing the Give-A-Gift thing on Contact us and when I put my info and pressed next, sometimes it took me to the page on it for trouble I'm having it said stuff:

Please enter your email address and your problem/struggle and we'll get back to you.


I didn't even put I'm having a problem or something like that. I didn't get to choose my option for using contact us...then I pressed the back button and then next again and it worked........anyone had this problem or just me?

I did give-a-gift and it said it gave the gift but none of my credit was gone. It seems to me like VMK always has something wrong with it.

That happened to me once

So I closed Contact Us and re-opened it

And it worked! :)

I don't do give a gift I just trade for free lol.:D
