OK, am i the only one who thought that we could virtually ride rides at VMK?? Who wants to be able to virtually ride rides?? And the WHOLE ride, not just videos of Space Mountain that don't even show what it looks like from the rocket.

I would like to be able to ride rides, VMK is always advancing so, you never know! :)

Shh, this is my thought about the VMK ticket concept. :D Maybe they'll make stuff rideable.
Wasn't that the case at DLR back in the day that you had tickets you used per ride or something?

That would be great to have rides in the game but then I would not do anything anymore. lol, I build park rides.
Still a good idea :)

I remeber when I first started VMK, and I went to Splash Mountain room and was screaming at people because they wouldn't tell me how to get on the ride. Then I realized it was for display only. xD
That would be really neat to be able to ride the rides on VMK. It's so much fun in the parks; I don't see why we shouldn't be able to ride them on VMK.

It would be fun if they could include ways to earn credits on the rides like the Buz Lightyear Blast ride in the park.

I must admit this was my feeling when I first started playing VMK. Why weren't there virtual rides built into the game?
I remember being told on the VMK tour that the lack of rides was intentional, because they wanted VMK players to be the ones to build the attractions.
It took a lot of imagination to view players' efforts as attractions, originally. What we had to work with was not much. A "ride" meant we had to click from chair to chair to make our way through the room. A few players made use of a teleporter-to-teleporter system, which was quite impressive at the time.
Everything changed the day that Frontierland opened, and we got our first set of ride tracks; the river pieces. Finally we could do the term "imagineer" justice. Since then, with every new update and improvement, the creativity in VMK has just grown by leaps and bounds.
Now I understand why the game designers set it up this way. Although a built-in ride still sounds cool, I doubt that VMK wants to upstage the players.

That would be awesome!
I've never thought of that... I don't really know if I would ride the rides that much if we were able to, but the earning credits idea would be cool ^_^

OK, i don't really get it. The ride pieces are reeeeeely expensive (especially since u only earn 20 credits on the Jungle Cruise game) and we can't build Dark Rides (my favorite kind...except Snow White's Scary Adventures). I mean, we have to work with what they give us, so wouldn't it be cool if we could ride virtual versions of the actual rides?! I also like the Buzz Lightyear credit idea, even though i was scared of that ride when i went.
