NOTE: I'm sorry if this is offensive to community leaders, but I am sorry, this is only reffering to basically one or two CL's and this doesn't mean all of them. But please respect this! Uglies is a trilogy, and which is most of this paper is reffering to. To read about it: http://www.amazon.com/Uglies-Trilogy-Book-1/dp/0689865384/sr=8-1/qid=1166374318/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/103-6309962-3957461?ie=UTF8&s=books

Not many people have actually noticed the relations to VMK Ranks and the Uglies Trilogy. The uglies trilogy is about a girl who lives in the future and wants to turn pretty. The relations in this book consist of, Guests-Littlies, Normal players-Uglies, Community Leader's-Pretties, Staff-"Specials" Special Circumstances, and testers-Cutters, a form of Specials.

This relates by guests are young players(Littlies), and often don't know much about VMK as normals, CL's, and staffs.

Normal Players are like uglies because sometimes they can be considered inexperienced. (Which they are not!) And they are ignored SOMETIMES by Community Leaders, and treated differently by CL's than how CL's treat eachother.

CL's are like pretties, because they are treated better by staff than Normal's are(Sorta, but not most of the time...), and often are smarter and more "Special", and often treat Normal's differently than they treat other Community Leaders.

Staff are like Specials. Because they are the VMK authorities, they make rules, watch over us and can see in our inventory and know how many credits we have.

Testers are like Cutters, because, they too have special privilages like Staff but still are not quite Staff.

There are also HALF-PRETTIES. Which half special pins, rare items, and VIP and 1 Badges. They could be CL's if they wanted to, but choose not to, they are experienced players but would frankly, still be considered "Ugly"

I am still going to add more, but how do you like it? I think it is good...But I am adding more, so, yeah!

It is alright. Except for, Many games, books, and movies connect.

For instance: VMK is a basic multi-player interactive gaming environment, meaning all ranks will be similar to another game.

Many games I have played are similar to another game meaning they all have one goal, to get many players, and reaching for that goal, they pick categories and each category has many games which are similar to others in that category.

For instance: Category: Monsters/XP/Items is a category that many games choose. Some games take it further and have Category: Professions in the mix.

Any more comments?

Yes, I realize many things can connect to Ranks, but I am just pointing out one connection that maybe not everyone has noticed.

Yes, Not saying you were wrong. I am just saying I have noticed this in the past years as well. Many games intertwine with other games and try to be the best..

Oh. My. Gosh. I read all three books in a day. And they all have 300 pages.

Anyway, I agree. Altough the books are awesome, real life and virtual world ranks aren't.
