Well, you know how some very long wiki pages have like tables at the top that are divided into sections (you can click on the ones you want to automatically go to)? How can you create different sections when you make an article? I'll read the help and rules anyway, thanks!

Corny gave you the simple route. A page can also have a forced Table of Contents added. Another way to see how we have done it (other than reading the help section and asking here :) ) is to click "edit" on a page that has one and look through to see what it looks like.

Although I am glad that you asked first, that is a good sign of a conscientious editor! :)
