While moving my X-mas stuff from one room to another, I had one of my blue candy canes turn into a cookie tree. I placed that in my room and left for a moment. When I returned, the extra cookie tree was gone.

I've already sent an e-mail. Anyone have anything similar happen?

It's never actually happened to me, but i've heard of people who have had something like that happen.

I received a message from VMK, saying they'd replace the missing candy cane, but nothing's happened yet.

I'll wait for it.

Well atleast they answered and are giving it back. ^_^

In fact this has happened to me. Today, I was returning a "Dead Man's Chest" to my inventory. Later, I searched my inventory and did not find it, but in its place I found another "Pirate Wall Turret"

I haven't had an item change on me but I lost a blue candy cane last weekend. I moved it while I was decorating one of my rooms. First it became a bug (meaning I could stand where the candy cane was and my character was then wearing all the blinking lights, but no one else could see it) and then the item disappeared and was not in my inventory either. :(

Now why couldn't there be a bug that changes brown boxes into inferno :(

A few weeks ago I had this weird bug problem too. (Sorry this thing will be a little off topic) Once when I got out of a pirate game, I couldn't see people's arms. A few weeks later I couldn't see people's shirt. Even after relogging in 5times, the bug was still there. Anyways, I think that after all the changes VMK did, we'll be stuck with bugs for a while until they fix them.

I had the same thing happen to me only it wasnt in pirates it was everywhere I was.

It was everywhere, it just started in pirates.

I was very confuzzeled.

RupertsPrincess00, there's a simple reason that the words looked like that. If you using too browsers to play VMK (VMK Pal counts, too), and you log off one, the remaining account will see a weird font for text. Happened to me many times :).

I didn't have two browsers open...
My VMK Pal is a bit slow with my internet. So I only use it when I need it.

Well you know what happened to me today? I lost my...NEW YEAR HAT!!!!!!

I had my quest machine take 50 of my santa hats. That is over 100,000 in points. I put more then 128 items in my quest machine for prizes and all santa hats over that number just disappeared when i tested it. They did not go back in my inventory and they did not go out as prizes in my quest. VMK said they are working on getting it back but still nothing and this is iver a month later. So there is a warning for everyone do not put more then 128 prizes in to your quest machine.

LOL the most i've put is like three,but i put fifty areas so the quest can last longer!LOL

My stuff duplicates, but it doesnt get taken away. Sadly, only the cheap stuff duplicates. I'll find new NPC pins, (cheap) clothing, boxes, and ropes. I've never had that happen to me before, though.

Actually something like that has happened to me. Well I just got on yesterday,and I saw that I had a first down marker, which I never had before. Then It said I did the New Year 2007 quest. Which I didnt,and I didnt have the pin either

A lot of my stuff seems to be missing... except that it also seems to be there!
I sat in an invisible chair, I rode in an invisible river log. I transported in an invisible transporter. Sometimes when I go in the room it looks normal again, but then I get some sort of player error. When I log back on I can get in the room, but everything is missing again!
What gives?
