How does a room become "Best Guest Room"?

I assumed that it would need to be judged.
I guess a better question is how does it become judged.

Do we pester our friends list with "come and invite"?
Do we troll and schmooze?
Can they be submitted?

Seems like the troll and schmooze option is the best path to take I have tried the others to no avail. No submitting to do.

Well, after your room has been open for a few days and been popular, VMK Staff start to come and check out your room. If they think that your a good room host and the room is very well decorated and such, the Staff who judge rooms decide if you should win Best Guest or not.
