ok so i have 11 hours before my plane trip to vail, colorado. and that trip is four hours, what do i do? i have a laptop with only a few games on it and no gameboy or any thing like that, and after 1 hour and 1/2 it dies. what can i do?

I agree with MissWaffle. Anything that basicly keeps you occupied, you iPod [if you have one], a good book, some paper and crayons for drawing... Be open minded and find what you can.

But if you really wanna play games- I'd charge the laptop, and use it for part of the trip.

If you have a portable DVD player, you can bring that. Also, if your laptop has DVD rom, then you can watch movies on your laptop. :-D

Hmmm if the plane has an outlet bring your charger and keep it in the whole time if not bring crayons coloring paper and ALOT of brain power and you can even brind some playing cards and play 52 pick up! if you have sibblings of course (they always pick them up LOL XD)

I'd say (like everyone else has been saying) coloring book, paper, iPod, portable DVD player, laptop -->maybe you should download something that you could IM your friends if you don't already. VMK is another choice LOL (and game). Well good luck on your trip. Stay safe. :)

If the place has movies, you can spend a little money( $5.00 usually)

Some airline have them for free.

Some airlines like Delta Song have free TV's on every seat.

Check your flight number on line, you can find out what the in flight entertainment is!
It will even tell you what the mivie is.

Why not play VMK on your laptop??? So you won't be lonely! LOL.

you have to have internet connection for VMK, neopets and i think you need it for IMing people as well. ;)
And you're not allowed to use cell phones on the airoplanes.
but... colouring in books are suprisingly good fun. I bought a really beautiful fairy colouring in booklet and i use it whenever i'm bored.
Are iPod's allowed on airoplanes? Just wondering.
But i'd say colouring in book, or even a good short book you can read.
My sister and i normally listen the the music and laugh our heads off at how weird it is compared to the normal music we have.

Well, I've survived an 8.5 hour plane flight (Paris-Atlanta), a 7.5 hour plane flight (Atlanta-London), and a 4-hour plane flight (Cincinatti-Portland, Oregon) so I should be able to help you.

Bring...
-Every CD/Music player you own
-Every magazine you own (even if you've read them a thousand times over)
-A new book to read, in fact, several if you can manage.

Have a nice flight.

Bring candy. Here are some good reasons to:

1. Get hyper and annoy your parents.

2. Get hyper and annoy the Flight Attendant.

3. Get hyper and annoy in-animate objcts.

4. Eat lots of sugar and let your teeth rot out.

5. You can annoy people.
