I have a problem

Yesterday, I bought the Movie Air Buddies from Disneyland.

I entered the code, I got 100 points.
The problem, is that it showed up, as being from Fox & The Hound 2.

Yeah, I got my credits, but the problem is that, I plan on buying the Fox & Hound 2.

You are only allowed to enter 1 code from each movie, so I am not going to be able to get points from that Movie.

I did use the CONTACT US button on the Disney Movie Reward page, I got an automated response, they will get back to me in 3 days.

Have any of you entered codes from either Air Buddies or F&H 2?

I bought Fox and the Hound and Pirates of the Caribbean. Neither one had a code. I wrote a letter to them with a copy of the receipt and they are supposed to send me two codes. Good luck on your problem. Angel Fancy:xmastree: :santa2:

I Bought The Movie Cars But Mine Didn't Have A Code And It Said In The Place I Live Disney Movie Awards Dont Work

I am still trying to get this resolved!

I just bought the Fox & The Hound 2, and of course the code wont work! It says I have already entered a code from that Movie.

I used Contact us, all I get is an automated reponse.

They tell me that both codes are vaild.
Well DUH! yes they are valid, but there was a mistake at the factory, someone put the wrong peice of paper into Air Buddies.
