Well, It has been like this for a while. Some can be rude, you just have to get use to it. Oh and when you say gold teleporter, do you mean teleporters? You would also get scammed if you are only trading for one o_o unless their for decoration..

That sounds like a very GRUMPY person. I have had a similar experience as have many of my friends.

You can't get scammed if their trading a set of teleporters. Click on one and the other one should start have a blinking outline, if they don't their not matching.
People are just so unpredictable some times. I've gotten over how mean people can be, I just stick to my own trade room usually.

Something similar happened to me.. I was at a trade room and a girl offered her green explorer shorts for my yellow explorer shorts and when the girl said: "pls accept the request" the owner booted me :( A weak after that I found the same girl at small world imports and we finished the trade :)

Sometihng like this happened to me once. When tron month came out. This one guy saw my tron cycles and I said I would trade it to him. He said he would, but after I told him how I got it. I told him that they were for sale in the Space Shop. He added me as a friend. I watched him from my friend window. He got a few, then came back and I asked ready to trade. You promissed. He said something like, yeah. Then there was a pause. Then suddently, he said like "HAHA, NO!" and booted me. But then I thought I would get back in by finding him on my friends list, that pause I said, he took me off his friend list. I never saw him since. I was MAD.

Oh gosh thats uncalled for. The most we could hope for is that it happens to others so they could spread around to not do such. :]
