View Full Version : Contact Us Staff?

I've been meaning to post this for a long time and I have seen so many threads/posts about people (and also myself) complaining that they never get their message replyed to, via the Contact Us (also known as the blackhole)
So I've been thinking, why not have a team of staff specially designed to answer messages from the Contact Us?
But we wouldn't see them in VMK, since they work for the homepage and not the game itself. Unless... they made a character and that leads to another poll.
Do you agree?

That's a great idea! It would definitely make the Contact Us feature a lot more better than it currently is.

I put i love it. But at the same time it's alright LOL Anyways it's a good idea. Cause they NEVER reply. Maybe once in a blue moon but that's all :/

Or just have 1-2 people on a Chat kind of help program, only open when VMK is of course :)

They don't do it now. And the trained staff would just do the right thing.

With a special staff, I'd bet your requests/comments/applications would be answered a whole lot quicker!

It goes to staff now...They don't always read them, but it goes to them.

Well I think that staff should read every one.
More often, people send VMK their problems in-game then the ones who waste staff's time sending in 'can you come to my room' letters.

they already have it. its the one that says another playing is making me feel uncomfortable

I did other because it takes forever for them to reply so its just like not having a contact when they take one whole month to reply to one question

While this seems like a good idea, there are a couple of problems, I think:

First, I think this is how it works currently. The few messages I've ever gotten back have been from staff names I've never heard mentioned in game.
Second, I think this would make an already big communications problem even worse. Would you like to ask a question of somebody who might have no idea what you're talking about? Already there are major differences between what the homepage or newsletter says and what is going on in the game. We need to reduce those differences - not make them bigger.


If anything, I think staff in the game should be the ones answering contact us questions.

Not that they necessarily know whats going on any better either...

Or just have 1-2 people on a Chat kind of help program, only open when VMK is of course :)

Wait! A Chat system! Great idea! What if you could also see a... hrm.. like a human-like character of them while you're doing it... and what you and they say appear in baloons... and...

If you go to the cingular support site, they connect you to a real person in chat to help you :D

they replied to me after three weeks or so. So... i guss your right but when they do answer it could be very helpful.

there is VMK_Shorty (never heard of him) answers my question all the time just

select the none of the above out of the drop down menu and
press continue at the bottom of the page then it will ask
did any of the FAQs answer your question? then
answer no
then type in your question and submit it says they will get back to you and they actually do!
