A live action Peter Pan movie, humm... Lets see how this one turns out. I personally believe Disney should have stopped at one Peter Pan movie, but humm... I just can't figure out why Disney makes sequils(sp?) to movies over and over even though the there is like a 50 year gap. I don't own any direct to DVD movie releases, and I never will. I will only see quality Disney films that are good enough to make it to the movie theater.

Caterpillar AEIOU is right. Yes, Tinkerbell an Peter Pan III are different movies, but Tink can only talk to Peter and other fairies, why would she have a voice? And Tink's 'boyfriend', Terence, if this is in fact, Tinkerbell, wouldn't appear in Peter Pan III unless Peter Pan and Disney Fairies has a tie in. Unless, you are refering to Vixen, who will appear as Tink's Ex-Boyfriend in Peter Pan III.

There already have been live action stories of the peter pan story. Peter Pan in 2003, and Hook in 1991, which was a sequel of sorts, but more fresh then your average sequel.

I doubt Disney would make a live action sequel, even though if you listen carefuly, themes from both of the above films are used in commercials and theme parks.

hmm thats an interesting cast i know brittney murphy is going to be tinkerbell in the tinkerbell movie but now tinkerbell has a boyfriend and its zac efron wow.

if its live action thats kind of pointless when there is already a major live action peter pan but its not made by disney but all well peter pan is my favorite move of all time so i will see it! yay

So far all that I could find that's in the cast is

Brittany Murphy as Tinkerbell

I think that Jesse McCartney got lumped into the rumor because he sang a song recently that had originally been in the Peter Pan 2 Movie.

Well for 1 Thing, Ridley Pearson wrote the series "Peter and the starcatchers" and the series is still in progress but 3 books have been produced and they are preludes to the Peter Pan movie. The first book "Peter and The Starcatchers" is being produced right now and explains just about everything about the island and everything on it. Check out RidleyPearson.com for more information. I've read the books and loved them.

At my local disney store in the mall know have a new section with fairies and it says TINKERBELL & FRIENDS because it has snow white fairies, cinderella fairies, and little mermaid fairies, ans some wierd VIXIN fairy.

It might be the new promotion for the movie.
