hi does anybody know if the candy tree quest is like the high school musical microphone one and can be played once each day or is it a one time win quest? im hoping i can play once a day because i think these are cool and would make my room look so much better.

One time (unless they change it). The HSM microphone quest changed so you could have done it two times (like the green car quest).
