I can't seem to find the link to the holiday quest...i found answers but couldnt find the link..i even checked the wiki :) Any help is appreciated.

Join the Secrets group. The answers to the Holiday quest are posted. They are all correct to, I used them when I turned in my answers last Sunday.

How long does it take for them to accept me?

Not long, if you do it early that day, then that same day. A mod just has to accept. Do it now, then wait.
