i just loged on and all my stuff is taken i has 25 rooms tons of rooms soparrow and credits everything is gone yavn please help

Ok, I don't know if this will help you at all, but I had a problem shortly after I joined where I could not see anything in my inventory. I tried several things to see what was causing the problem. Someone suggested that I flush (clear) the Cache in my Internet Browser. After doing so everything appeared in the inventory and nothing was missing that I could tell.

I had a similar experience with a room a couple of months later. It was like the room was just slow loading but the stuff never came up. I remebered the earlier problem and flushed the cache again and everything was in the room. It was really strange. The second time was not the Browser Cache but my Firewall had a cache too. Since then I set my options to clear the cache periodically on both and have not had any more problems.

I don't know if this is what you're experiencing or not but I certainly hope so. It is a lot easier to correct than having your stuff stolen. Before clearing or flushing your cache make sure you know what you are doing or have someone help who does.

Before even trying that option I would suggest. If you have another browser try logging on with it to see if you can see your items. If you don't but have access to another computer try logging on from there. If you still can't find your items after trying one of these options I fear the worst scenario is true.

In that case only Yavn or VMK will be able to help correct the problem. I wish you luck, and hope you can find a satisfactory solution.

I hope that you contacted VMK! That is the first thing I would do. I had a similar problem and contacted the staff in the game. They said it was all still there even though I couldn't see it. I cannot remember what they had me do but try contacting the staff in the game.

I'm sorry that your stuff is gone, contact a staff, they help get stuff fast because my friend lost her sparrow and got it back like two days later.
