While I love reading these forums for things that fit the threaded discussion format, it seems to me that certain list-type things would be better served with an RSS Feed.
For instance:
list of items in stores
list of secret codes
list of hidden mickeys
Having a discussion forum for "ooh, don't you love that new hat" is still cool, and VMKFanSite is perfect for that, but I'm not as keen on reading through a bunch of guesses, "me too"s, and incomplete lists to get to the meat. I especially don't want to "subscribe" to MrGenie's excellent post with codes because newbies are constantly posting replies to it!
For those of you who are not familiar with RSS (Really Simple Syndication), it's the thing that lets you add your own sections to MyYahoo or Microsoft's Start.com. It generally shows only the items that are new to you.
Anyone who's interested, please reply. If you're not, you don't need to let me know that. Your silence will tell me not to bother. :)
Thanks!
