This is a good thread idea... That being said, here are my coolest choices EVER!!

1. Churros: They are cinnamon-coated, fried-dough. I heart them, and I'm sure my VMK character would heart them too.

2. More Pin Spaces: Not to brag, but me having 7 magic pins AND the Best Guest Room, I have no place to display my cool Tomorrowland Retro Pins. So more pins slots would be pretty useful.

3. More Music: Either more music in rooms, different music in rooms, chooseable music in rooms, or, even better, more types of instruments in the Music Game. I have had the same mix for like 3 weeks, and new sounds would be cool.

4. Weather: Changes in weather would be cool, which would coincide with the ability to hold umbrellas, or even wear those yellow ponchos. This would also include different seasons, even though Magic Kingdom is in Florida, and there is not really many seasons down here (we have Summer, and less-summer). I would suggest a whole day/nite cycle, but then I realized about the time zone differences, and that if it were 7:00pm EST when nite came, it would still be 4:00pm on the West Coast. So nighttime parties are out of the question.

5. More Games & More Creds: New games, the same three are getting old. There are just so many times that I can play fireworks. But since I know that new games will come with the opening of Tomorrowland/Frontierland, at least this choice is a definate. Or if they gave out more credits for games, or even a BANK, that would be cool. We could deposit our creds in there, with a decent interest rate, and I could just live off the interest.

These are my very descriptive ideas for now, I'll come up with some more later.... when it isn't 2:30am and I'm not so tired... :D

My top 5 would definitely have to be:

1. Different Holiday celebrations (For example: During the Halloween season, there could be a Mickey's-Not-So-Scary-Halloween like at the Magic Kingdom at WDW.)

2. Areas in VMK where you can actually ride the rides and get credits for them along the way.

3. Secret passage ways in VMK where you can find extra credit bags and also some very cool pins not to be sold or found anywhere else! :)

4. A Space Mountain game or room!

5. A Rocket Rods ride in Tomorrowland like the one at Disneyland in 1998!!!

Really in no particular order:

1) EDIT: Instead of more hairstyles, I'd MUCH rather have VMK open 24 hours!!

2) Bigger or unlimited friends list - I'm half-filled with Guest#### or people I don't know and I feel bad about dropping someone. And when some awesome person rolls around and makes a good trade and wants to add me, I can't!

3) Option to play our mixes in guest rooms.

4) More cool things/action that can take place in random rooms like The Dungeon. For example, The Banquet - when will those people wake up!?

5) I know this will sound bad, but more variation in the games like Fireworks and Jungle Cruise so it's not always the same order. Yes, I mastered Fireworks because it's the same over and over - but it would be fun if we had the option to do different versions. Variety!

-Some sort of pin bag thing that you can wear to add more pins..
-make the magic appear only in the box you use to make magic work.. and not in your profile (more room for more pins)

If NPC's are going to walk around I want to to be different than the ones who are already there and are ina fixed location. So no yeti walking aroung.. I want to see Aladdin and Jasmine walking around or Goofy and Mickey.

Top 5 eh? Ok, here goes (in no particular order):

1) The ability to sell/trade/delete rooms.
2) Sorcerers Apprectice Magic Pin: Either the full costume or turn into Mickey himself with waves crashing around you as you gesture
3) Public/Private Room option: only those on friends list can enter your room is Private is clicked
4) Pin Lanyard: Assume the 8 pin slots are what you wear on your free lanyard. You may purchase more lanyards to display more pins.
5) Digital Camera: More expensive than the regular camera but you don't need to buy film. Available only after, and as a prize for, the Hidden Mickey Quest

Some points on previous sugestions (not criticism, just clarification):
Just had the WDW VIP tour yesterday and our guide, Jeff (very good guide BTW despite our tour shortened by rain!) reemphasized the target audience for the game was ages 8 - 14 (no one on our tour met that target LOL). Because of that, the game would never go 24 hours as it would not meet safety guidelines for children. The best they may do is have rolling hours that go by time zone, so our UK friends don't have to wait until 3:00 pm to start playing, and west coast friends have to stop at 10:00 pm. Remember it is always moderated by adults, and they can't go 24 hours!
Also, when polled, the target audience said they would not play more if characters walked around the park, so the non-playable characters were created. This however is ony a game preference and can be changed, if the demand is high enough.

4) Pressies for birthdays (its mine today, im 17 wooo!)
5) Include hidden chest's about the world in diffrent rooms where you can find credits and items and stuff. These chest's will keep moving so it makes it more fun hunting for them!

My TOP 5 VMK ADD-INS (in the order my brain thinks of them):

1. MOVIES: Some ppl make movie theater rooms but it's just one person saying lines from the movie, so what if there were rooms where you could watch Disney movies and hear them, like a real virtual movie theater! (real virtual! lol! oxymorons!) you can even vote on which movie!
2. A way to make your characters different ages.
3. Furniture that moves or makes noise. ex. an enchanted broom stick.
4. virtual fast passes for waiting to get into someones room!
5. carts that move on a path you make, ideal for rides.

1. A "Who's In This Room" Box that tells you the name of all people in a given room. It would be a lot easier than clicking on each person in the room.

New guest room types like Gaston's Hunting Lodge Room, Sport Goofy Gym, House of Mouse, Jim Dear & Darling's Parlor, Donald's Boat, The Darling's Nursery from Peter Pan, the Underworld (from Hercules), Syndrome's Lava Lounge, Bob Parr's Cubicle, PT Flea's Big Top, Gepetto's Workshop, Pleasure Island

All I want in the game, that has not been suggested before is;

1 - A "sleep" button, like the "wave" and "dance" button. So I can tell everyone I am not going to respond to them when they talk to me. Also can be fun for when your friends get into some boring subjects, like dress colors. :) Think of the folks in the castle banquet hall.

Now CL_TO-Judah, but it is not in the dictionary...

There's a lot of good ideas in earlier posts. Some of them would mean rewriting the game. Cars would be cool, but there is not enough room on the streets and it's made to be a walk around game. I think more clothes will come, more furniture, and in time more lands.
My five new things would be
1. Outdoor venders( like the room ones but the food would last a little longer, and you would need a bit more seating in some areas)
2. Some larger public areas for parades or special events. The first parade was a joke, main street just can't hold enough people. Make a new festival area, one you can scroll across add zoom in a bit. A message system something like the trading board but for multiple guest would be needed. It has to be big enough for future capacities
3. There sould be a new private room coming out every four mounths. Big expensive rooms for closing parties. Small private rooms where you could limit the number of people. So many people get into buying or winning rooms, and then decorating them. Being able to use credits for room music was a great idea.The private rooms are popular becuse it's the best way for people to be creative in this game. Keep the new stuff coming at a good pace. Selling and or deleating room needs to be added, how many skull rooms is Kelloggs giving away, lets get real.
4. Rides are a tough one to be realistic about. A small world ride could be done pretty easy( rewrite of jungle cruise game). Windows on the monorail would be nice. I really think a railroad idea needs to be worked on after the two new lands open. Nothing would say Disneyland like a railroad.
5. I don't care how hard it would be, a water park. With a multiple player volleyball game (pong), or a water fight like the fireworks game. Beaches, boats, Little Mermaide stuff, Finding Nemo, Lilo&Stitch, dare I say Atlantis.

Even with two new lands coming soon with new games, NPC, places to sit around, and stores to spend our credits. Disney needs start planing the next additions now.

1. Movie or Slide projectors. We could set up our room like a theater (buy chairs) and then buy movie slides to show favorite disney scenes.

2. Rocketeer helmet, leather jacket and rocket pack. It would be cool if you could use magic with outfit and lift off!

3. Send pictures taken with VMK camera to Friends.

4. I agree with Main Street Snack Vendors. I really want to buy popcorn.

5. I agree with Characters (Fab 5), you could find them and collect signatures in autograph book and earn something when you get all 5.

4. Something we can ride on like on main street we can ride a double decker or a fire truck. and in tomorrowland ride the peoplemover.
3. More Magic..something in the range of calling out Characters.. you would say MICKEY! and mickey would walk in and say hi and shake your hand or sign an autograph book.
2. MORE GAMES to earn MORE credit. these 1000 pins are killer. Junlge cruise only gives you 20 per game thats 50 times i gotta play it and 1 game at the shortest is like 4mins long. so estimate 50x5mins=250 mins/60=4hrs 10mins GEESSH..hahahaha
1. More movement in the lands. Have you ever stood on an empty area. Its boring. The only cool room is the spell room where in the background you see the swirling vortex of terror.. hahaha ok kinda over did that description. But you know what i mean. If you create like a mini show in each land for everyone to watch that would be awesome. Like a fireworks show or parade or heck a Fantasmic.. that would rock!. :wave2:

4: i had an idea like this at the mickey dance. it is: have a fire work show of all vmk in one room and this is the only way you can end vmk and then after that mickey dance!

1) The rest of the areas of the parks!

How long are these going to take already? :mixed-smi

Just my :twocents: but I'm sure I'm not alone in saying how easy it is to get bored with the current areas and games.
..and I've got a few more in reading more posts in the thread:

2) no catering to goths (come on, Disney is not the place for dark, depressing and forbodding people who whine a lot)
3) Higher reward for hidden mickey quest (you don't even get back all the credits you used for the film!)
4) more NPC activity (including all the little suggestions from others like: the fab 5 characters walking around, parades that roll through main street on occasion, snack trollies that appear and disappear in various areas that you can buy snacks from, and others)
5) more active items for rooms like snack machines, items that do things you know? :happy:

This is a really cool idea. BTW I hate the inventory you carry around with you. It never stays in the same order and it makes it super difficult to find the right pin. I need to send some feeback.

1)Being able to drive around on the streets of VMK

2)Closer view of characters (Toontown like view{close up on the backs}of things)

3)Birthday cakes and items that are rare on your birthday :)

A lot of good ideas in this thread.

They do need to make the popup windows that list our stuff a little bigger. I can't tell what all clothes I have. It's much too hard to figure our what you have and what you don't have. It's the same way with pins and furniture.
Also along with this, they need to have a specific order to the listing. Maybe some sort of alphabetical order or something. That would also make things easier to find. Actually, this could be an either or type of suggestion. :)

It's also a great idea to have like some sort of treasure chest that pops up into various places around the park. Especially in some of the "boring" rooms.
It would get people to explore more often and have reason to go to those rooms. Personally, if there's really nothing to do in the room, I don't go there.
And those "chests" could contain credits, exclusive pins, exclusive clothes, etc. Or they could be a roaming character. So maybe one week have the prize be a pin. The next week be a costume.

I would also like to have more hairstyles available. For instance, there is no hairstyle with long hair. I have long hair in real life and would like my own character to reflect that. To make her look a little more like the real me.

A stage show in Frontierland store (a la Country Bear Jamboree).

More food. Come on! It's Disney! Who doesn't go to the parks and enjoy some of the special foods? We need snack vendors on Main Street. A restaurant somewhere in the park.

We need to be able to say more things. :)

Also, as mentioned before, selling, trading, or deleting rooms need to be an option. How many people own several rooms that they do not use (ie:skull rock)? If we could "sell" them back to the game, then we would be clearing out some server space. :D

And yes, I too would like more black clothes (I'm not goth or anything). But I do tend to wear a lot of black in real life. I especially want black tops that are obviously for girls. ;) Not just unisex. Sorry, but I'm not going flat chested. I'm a girl and I want to look like a girl. :)

10. At the very least alphabetize the inventory so that same items are grouped together. A variation on this would be to have a single picture of an item with a number indicating the amount in your inventory.
11. A better idea would be subfolders within the folders to allow certain types of items to be grouped (ex. Chairs in the Furnishing Folder). This idea would be even better if the user could create the subfolder (Everest, Narnia etc.).
12. A Pinboard or Pin Book that could be used to display your Pins similar to a photo Album. Again the subfolder concept in suggestion 2 would be helpful for a Pin Book format allowing Series Pins to be grouped.
13. A Storage Room or Vault using the Item Picture and number of them in inventory as listed in suggestion 1. This would be more like a folder incorporating all of the other suggestions listed above. That would eliminate the need to stack a room full of multiple amounts of the same item.
14. A Trade Folder. This would allow only the items that you want to trade to be visible to others when trading. If the folder was accesssible to others by clicking on your character then anyone interested in trading could see what you have to offer or are willing to trade.

More dance moves for the character. That would be cool.
Maybe a virtual shooting gallery in Frontierland.
The targets have to be moving though, so the game wouldn't be too easy. When you actually hit the target, they do special animation.
More hairstyles for boys and girls. For the girls- princess wigs like ariel, tinkerbelle, belle, or Jasmine.
Boys could have heroes hair or hats. Like Captain hook, or Aladdin's hat or Tarzan's dreadlocks.

VMK should also get promotions from clothes store in rl just like kelloggs like if you buy a clothing from a stores like American Eagle, your VMK character should get the same exact one. I think that the customers, VMKers, Disney and the store will benefit in this greatly since clothes are part of our everyday lives and malls and shops are easier to go to than the Disney parks, for most of us atleast.

Another thing that I think would be cool is having different weather outside in VMK. Although in CA and FL it doesn't snow, it should in VMK so it would be fun and the sweaters would come in use.

There should also be an "I love VMK shirt" that you can use in rl and in VMK.

No. Its already annoying enough to see people say ' im a rare night wolf '. And very annoying to hear ruff ruff every room I go in. If vmk even go with this idea ( which they wont ) the game shouldn't be vmk, It should be VAOMK (Virtual animals of magic kingdom). Also dogs running around, jumping on chair, and cats meowing all day. To be honest, I'd rather quit then there being animals in vmk. Well I couldn't even amagine how animals would look like on vmk.. I know many people aren't with me with my point of view, but I will never change these thoughts. I know many people want animals in vmk, but I disagree. Agree with me or dissagree I dont care.

Yes you can colect npc TWO times a day but the next day you get on erly you cant get it till l8r in the day i did this once in other words you just colect the next days credits

In my dream I was in VMK Central and I clicked on one of those little machines in the back corner and it opened up a new window that looked sort of like a Paint application. I typed some stuff onto my pin and sprayed some color onto it. It was really fun. :)

I personally think that a pin would be easier for VMK because they only have to be looked at from one angle: forward. With shirts, it would be a little trickier because when your character walks, dances or waves, you're looking at the shirt from different angles and also with stuff over it.

ok i just had a idea.
in june, vmk will ask you your mailing addreas and then when you put it in you wait a few weeks. then you obtain a vmk CD-Rom which has better graphics and you have a special item in your things.
then when you go to like...oh idk best buy..you notice something about vmk, it isthe CD_rom you got in the mail, and you notice other stuff. it is Virtual Epcot: VMK expansion pack one, Virtual animal kingdom: VMK exapinsion pack 2 and Virtual MGM:VMK Expansion 3 (a lights, motors, action game would be nice :)) and they are all 20 bucks, and will come out all at once. vmk.com will have event notrices for all worlds, and when you have a expainsion installed, there will be a VDPH (virtual disney park hub) where you can select which world to go to. sound good?

1. VMK Should Have a Bald Look For Boys.

1. Bald look for boys, only a few people would do that, the only other real use for that would be to look silly. If you ask me the VMK characters look about 12-13 years old, people that old with a beard.. thats just.. disturbing..

2. Girls adjust there hair lengths. Yes I agree VMK should make more hair lengths for girls, but to make a program for just editing the lengths would take massive amounts of programming.

3. Shirt Creator = very very cool. But a lot of people would have profanities on their shirts and VMK would need to hire a staff for approving shirts, this staff could be used for many things that would be much better. Also this would also take massive amounts of programming.

4. More would be great but this would also devalue being a CL. Remember non CLs can help too!

5.I think two a day is quite fine :)

6. It would be great if they made more guest rooms or public rooms to look like the rides, but would you really ride a ride just for the scenery? I find the whole point to riding a ride is the thrill of the hills, bumps and corners.

7. Exactly how much time would this take? I dont think its worth it. Very cool though.

Even though your ideas may not work in that form, maybe a little modification by the VMK staff would help.

Double posts are bad because they cause spam for the moderators and take up unnecessary server space, you can just press the edit button by your first post and add what you wanted to say in your second. When people say things like that they are just trying to help, not to make you feel bad.

i have 1 idea, and it would have worked great with this month's theme. Feel free to submit it, if u want.

1. I think your own mechanical yeti would have been awesome. you would buy a cave entrance in the emporium, and put it in your room. Then, when you click it, u set up what the yeti does. The mechanical yeti would have a limit of walking ten steps, anyway u choose, and emotions, like claw, or roar or throw snowball. Then all u would have to do is press the "set the yeti free" button and it will do what u programmed, then it would automaticly go back in its cave..or, if u want, u can set how long the wait is before he does what you programmed again, example: after he finishes, he will wait 10 seconds before he repeats the program. and you could even name the yeti, and make it say things! Sure it would take a lot of work, but that would be awesome in a guest room! who agrees?

I would love to have like a bank..That you could put items in.. more like a SDB (Safety depoist box) so then they dont take up rooms and they arent in your inventory. And another idea is to make folders in your inventory, likes crates, chairs, trees, etc!

1.DJ SPIN and you can play music you made OR other ppl can come in and spin their own.
2. ANIMALS pets you can buy INCLUDING WOLVES (i <3 wolves) for all you who hate this idea even the rl park let you have pets in them IF they are on a leash.
3.Add animal kingdom and epcot the WHOLE WDW PARK
4.Here is a real good 1 A IDEA BOX FOR YOU TO SEND IN IDEAS FOR VMK (cool hu?)
5.TV and have some of the now staff do TV shows of last nights host game or a news broadcast made by some players of VMK and this includes buying TV cameras, Scrips, TV's(duh), TV channels, and TV station rooms oh new thought tv sets.With all that you could make whose line and channel 7 news TV but you would have to pay VMK to do shows like 100 credits each mounth.
6.Here it is the new ride idea A wooden rollercoaster and build it how ever hi off the ground bc it has supports built in and it goes fast and you could make ppl pay to use it (or make theme parks more like theme parks).
KEEP UP DO NOT GET LOST PLZ
6.IN park quest on your computer like have places set up were there are pictures of the park you awnser questions you get a prize that is rare AND the box for the pictures of real park and questions need to be hidden in the park to.
7.A INTRO instead of a loading screen have it loading in the backround ( you can not see that) and it plays a movie going in to the park or something and then it ends the video and you are at the main screen for VMK (loading is over)
8.NOW this is a new 1 a job in VMK like go around VMK and get jobs like work for the VMK monorial and drive it around the park on a caertin time or else you don't get full pay or work at the emporium and sell items and get like 60 credits for working 3 hrs there. Even go work at the sci-fi-drive-in and show new movies out.
9. TRAINS a big train not wut they have now it should take up 2 squares and be able to build the inside of cars (have to buy each car engine is free) and make like railroads and then you could have bigger rooms for this ride and have areas were ppl pay to get on.

10.PETS including WOLVES DOGS CATS AND EVEN BIRDS.

I disargee. No animals.. Yes an Epcot and MGM and Animal Kingdom! At animal kingdom animals but in VMK.. no.. And you can go on some of the rides (Meaning Rockin Roller Coaster and Soarin and Test Track:) ) And you could walk around the World ShowCase at Epcot :) And buy the little mask thingy where you get all the stmaps! That would be cool! WHat's the point of VMK? It's for those who cant and can go to WDW or DL. I mean, if you go into Magic Kingdom, do you see cats and dogs? Do you see kids and adults (tourist) getting jobs and going up to random peple say "Be my mummy, Be my boy?" NOOOOO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO You don't! SO IT SHOULDN"T BE IN VMK! And why doesn't teh staff members do something about it, like take it into a greater cause? It disturbs me, and then I boot people (Including MY OWN FRIENDS) from my room for doing stuff like that.!

Now here i say i have seen pet dogs at WDW i have seen GUIDE DOGS AT WDW ok and i also have seen cats in the resort not in the park at the resort.
VMK ppl are there almost all the time so we are not tourist anymore we could get jobs if we LIKE WE DO RIGHT NOW AND ARE LIVING IN VMK PARK AND SO WE CAN GET JOB BC JOBS ARE LIKE GAMES YOU PLAY DUH!!!!

I'm sorry to say that this will probally never happen, because VMK would have to aprove all the shirts and what not before thay could be used. Unless they are going to turn this into a non-G rated game, which most likely won't happen either. I would be really cool but very hard to run and moderate.

Ok VMK is Virtual Magic Kingdom not Habbo Hotel They don't have pools at WDW or DLR so why in VMK? Anything Disney Related thats in the parks can go into VMK but not stuff that is not Disney related at all it just wouldn't be VMK then.

well i've had this idea from i first started vmk in july..
1. I think vmk should have some sort of beach.. you can go in the water
I know it sounds weird but I think that'd be pretty cool
2. VMK should have like a Jukebox or something.. take any disney song
like from a disney movie, sound tracks, disney radio or stuff like that lol

3.Anyone know how in malls at holidays there's like a whole platform
set up with santa and reindeer and a huge christmas tree? well they should have that and a LOT more decorating for holidays

4.Add More LANDS!!! like toontown.. I know there already is a toontown game, but not like that. They should set it up like it really is in DLR

Plenty of us are struggling with attempting to play VMK with our Mac. We can really only play the haunted mansion game with one other person or we are tempting it to crash.

Make a few more fun games that will work for our Macs!

Tinkerbell needs to be in VMK. Some cute little fairy land or something.
and a game for her.

Come out with some Everest furniture other than the mining car.
Igloos, snowballs, snowflake stepping stones, snow archway with twinkle lights around it, magical!

a hammock for the Tiki island

The ability to sit where ever you want (like on my bear rug, or the beach)

lots of people like to make cafes and restaurants, why not create some food dishes? trays of pre made food or more machines like the penny press with food?

make some more rooms available for purchase - it's been a while since anything new was added (unless it's something that is won)
