I won a game of fireworks and VMK sent me a message that says I got a "print out prize coupon" and to "Click here to open the link" but the link doesn't work.
How do I get my prize?

Hi! Congratulations! First, make sure you have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer and then make sure you allow pop-ups from VMK. I believe you've won a pink Nemo chair. Woot!

Hold the ctrl key down, when you click on the link.

make sure you havre the Acrobat program running while you do that.

That should override any pop up block you may have

i agree with BooBear05. but your prize will not be a pink nemo chair, it will me the WDW Gold Edition Collection (gold turnstile, gold Philliar Magic Chair, Gold Rope, Gold.....). and congratulations! :D

The gold collection hasnt been given out since spring of 2006.

And all Gold items were retired with the end of the 50th.

They stopped giving them out in the game months ago.
